Due to the range of products we sell our postage costs vary and can be complex, charges are at our discretion and subject to approval for individual orders, however it is very rare that the checkout will calculate incorrect postage costs.

Postage Cost
Postage is charged depending on the total weight of your order and the individual product/s order. This is all worked out in the shopping basket and checkout.

Affected Postcodes Sent By Parcel Force Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges. The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force, Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
These charges will not be added in the checkout, you will be billed separate.
Our Orders Process
We try to dispatch orders the same working day (if you order before 2PM), unless a problem occurs and we will contact you. Otherwise your order will be sent the next working day.
Order Status:
"Processing" / "Awaiting Dispatch" - this means your order has been checked and sent to the factory ready to be sent out - in your order comments you will have an estimated date for when your order will be sent.
"Pending" - the order is waiting for a member of staff to process / check the order.
"Completed Payment" - payment has successfully been made, and the order is waiting for a member of staff to process it.
"On Hold" - they is a problem with the order, and we require action / your response, see order comments.
UK Customers, you will should receive your order within 1-10 working days form order date, (1 to 10 days depending on which postage service you selected, see below)
For orders placed via a recorded service we are responsible for the order reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense (excluding no one in to collect the parcel and non-recorded services - 1st and 2nd class service) (see not received section below.)
We mainly only despatch within the UK, however we have recently expanded worldwide and quotes can now be obtained from the shopping cart.
International Customers, you should receive your order within 20 days of your order date (this is typically 5 days depending on destination.) We usually sent International orders via Recorded Airsure unless stated in your order / order updates.
Returns
As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days. It also serves a dual purpose, if the product is found to be faulty, then you can return it to the same address AFTER you have obtained a returns number.
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
Most products carry a twelve month warranty.
Faulty products can be returned and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
Returns will not be accepted unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form has been filled out.

Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for your security.
You will be refunded the cost of the return postage (Only if the product is found to be faulty).
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the you at your expense.
Products will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it, if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned.
Faulty products returned will be examined to see if faulty and if faulty we will dispatch a replacement if no stocks available a re-fund will be issued.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-5 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
Not Received Your Order?
The first thing you should do is check with your local Royal mail depot to see if it is there.
We accept no responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using non-recorded / trackable services, customers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk.
Royal Mail UK Recorded services - Royal Mail classes a parcel as missing if it is not delivered within 15 working days at which point we can put in a claim and then re-despatch the order. They class a working week as Monday to Friday.
If it has not arrived by the end of the 15th working day, then contact us and we will despatch a replacement.
We cannot re-send an order before the 15th working days are up, as the original parcel may still turn up and we are unable to file a claim.
